North Redington Beach, waterfront community

Written by Anne Hensel South Beaches Real Estate Professionals Inc.

The Town of North Redington beach was found in 1953. With only 1500 people living here today, it is one of the smallest beach communities. About a mile of sandy beaches on the west side and more than 20 miles of Bayfront or Intracoastal waterways on the east. North Redington Beach is very quite, no loud or noisy beach bars and not too many events either. I like to go to lunch at the Conch Republic and the Sweet Saga café, both located right on Gulf Blvd. The Wine Cellar is a great place for dinner, I really like their Monday night buffet. How about breakfast or lunch, what to join me?
If you are looking for a hotel room, the Doubletree beach resort is probably your best bet.
North Redington beach has some very nice single family communities with lots of waterfront homes and of course beachfront condos along Gulf Blvd. There are two bridges to get to the mainland, about 4 minutes to the south you have Tom Stuart Causeway and 4 minutes to the north you have Park Blvd.
As you can imagine, with 1500 people you do not have much shopping but within a few minute drive you can find everything you need. North Redington is a beautiful little place and you should come and visit when you are in our area.
