How do I find the right Realtor or Real Estate agent here in Saint Pete Tampabay? Well, I am not going to bore you with a lot of details or a questionnaire to interview the realtor you find, I will just say that in today’s Internetworld it is easy to find a Realtor in the Saint Petersburg area that can do a fantastic job for you. Search the Internet, make sure the Realtor for your waterfront property actually has experience in buying and selling waterfront homes and condos and knows the neighborhood. Google your subdivision or the city, check out Real Estate blogs. Once you have identified someone, simply Google their name.www.Google.com If it does not come up on the first page of Google, move on find someone else. Last but not least, send an e mail to the realtor and watch out for the response time and call and see if they actually answer the phone or how long it takes them to call you back. Trust me, in today’s market you need a highly educated Realtor that is ahead of his time not behind.
