South Pasadena, like all our wonderful waterfront communities, South Pasadena is about 50 something years old. It is not a beachfront town, but never the less, surrounded by water. The DaVista neighborhood or Park street have that certain old time charm you simply cannot describe. I love to go to Starbucks and get my coffee, or have lunch at the “O” Bistro or an early dinner at Ted Peters Smoked fish house. The Hockey club is a great British restaurant and Leverocks is a good local fish place. I frequently shop at the Nature store which has a huge selection of natural and organic foods and long isles with vitamins and supplements. South Pasadena also has a bowling alley and a major plus is Palm of Pasadena, the local hospital that serves all the beach towns.
