Sometimes I wonder, do agents actually have a Broker?

I have a Short Sale listing in St, Petersburg. Got an offer on it within a week that was 15 % higher than the comparable properties in the same St. Petersburg neighborhood and closing within 30 days.  Needless to say my seller signed it right away and we shipped it to the bank. This was in September. Since then the buyer’s agent is asking me questions like

” What do you mean by BPO?

Can you please fax the Hardship letter my buyer wants to see it.

Why is this Short Sale taking so long?

What is a negotiator?

Can I have a phone number for the bank, I just call them myself.

Since the seller has signed the offer I do not understand what the holdup is.”

Honestly I have answered all her questions but I am running out of patience
