Beautiful 1/1/ over 800 sf. condo etc. . . . I did the Comps, in the same complex in the last 6 month 5 units sold, all more than comparable. Thesales prices were between $99,000 and $120,000
The listing for $11,000 is a short sale and needs bank approval. How far do you go to attract buyers?
