No, it is not the usual “New Years” emotion.
It is about agents just not coming to the office anymore. Do you still go to the office?
If so, why do you go?
And the other way around, If you do not go to the office anymore, why don’t you go.
Is it important to physically be in the office and SEE your broker and Coworkers or have times just changed and they way we communicate is per e mail and phone?
I really like to see my agents once in a while and have the personal contact with them.
So, maybe you guys have some suggestions.
What can I do to get them to the office (other than offering a 10 day cruise?)
