In times like this, when it is not so easy to make money, when it requires more effort and energy and maybe money and time to close a deal, find a new home for your buyers and work on a listing, a lot of agents think about changing brokers. What do agents expect from the broker?
Sometimes I think the tougher the market is the more agents want “miracle solutions” from their broker.
