We have a condo conversion project in our area with nearly 40 units. The developer is ready to start selling the condos and he wants it done fast but is not sure if he should hire one brokerage or split the project and hire two different real estate companies. Of course, as a realtor I want the whole project but let’s forget that we are realtors for the moment and with all the knowledge that we have let’s pretend this was our own project and we were the developer. What would you do? One company or two? What are the pros and cons? Why go with one company why go with two. What is in the best interest of the developer not the realtor?
