A deed restricted waterfront community located on the southern tip of Pinellas County.
Tierra Verde is one of our most exclusive areas in St Petersburg nearly all condos, townhomes or house are on the water.
The whole Island is man made, back in the days it was 15 separate islands . . . yeah amazing, I know.
Currently the Island has about 1450 single family homes and about 1350 multi family units. With a total of  5000 people living in Tierra Verde.

The two biggest commercial pieces on Tierra Verde are both Marinas.
Boating is theeeeeeeeee big thing on this Island.
A lot of local celebrities live here.
Tierra Verde is pretty self sufficient, it has a few little stores and restaurants and a seven eleven, a hardware store, dry cleaners etc.
If you want to go grocery shopping you have to go to St Pete beach or St. Pete but it is only 5 minutes in either direction – if you are not stuck on the bridge.
In my mind the bridge is the one and only drawback to Tierra Verde.
See with all the other Barrier Island in our area you have an option, if one bridge is broken, you just take the other one, not in Tierra Verde – one bridge only- and it is becoming of age. I am one of these people that is always in a hurry and needs to get from a to b fast. Well Tierra Verde is not for me. If you have more patience than I do, it might be the perfect place to live.  The beautiful waterfront is defiantly tempting and how can you beat being just a few minutes from Fort De Soto beach?
Call me
I will be happy to show you property (if the bridge isn’t down)
Just joking, it is not that bad.
Everybody that has lived on Tierra Verde once will go back in a heart beat.
People that live there love the neighborhood and they are proud to live in such a prestigious community.

Come and join me on a night out in Tierra Verde.
