St. Pete Beach, Silver Sands waterfront condos
If you are looking for resort style living Silver Sands, on St. Pete Beach might be it, a prestigious and exclusive direct beach front community.
Name the amenities and Silver Sands has them. Located directly on Upham Beach, this gated waterfront condo community with 24 hour security consists of 3 buildings. 6500 Sunset Way built in 1983, 6600 Sunset Way built in 1985and 6650 Sunset Way built in 1992.
The Silver Sands conds association has a total of 300 some units, ranging from 1470 square feet to 2400 square feet. The complex has 5 living floors and a few different floor plans. The view from each unit onto the Gulf of Mexico and or the Intracoastal Waterway, is a little different.
Silver Sands sit on more than 17 acres of perfect beach front, and it is one of the biggest gulf front parcels here in St. Pete. The complex has 2 heated swimming pools and spas right on the beach and 4 tennis courts, a beautiful clubhouse with billiard room, exercise room, party room and much more.
Living here really feels like being in a vacation resort. There is covered parking underneath the building and plenty of guest and unassigned parking outside.
Silver Sands is a Condo complex, not a condo hotel. You can rent a unit, but it has to be for a minimum time of three months or longer. Also, the biggest confusion about Silver Sands is “PETS”are they allowed or not?
They are not allowed in building 6500 and 6600 but they are allowed in building 6650.
This gated community is kept in immaculate condition. Nothing ever looks like it needs repair or fixing. The landscaping is beautiful and the location right here on St. Pete Beach speaks for itself.
Take long walks on the beach, enjoy the sunsets, have a cocktail at our local beach bars, see the dolphins play. Walk to our downtown Corey Ave district; enjoy the nearby restaurants and shopping.
Both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway are great places to fish and boat. Take advantage of all the great things our area has to offer. Come visit Silver Sands and see for yourself.

Living in St. Petersburg, buying or selling real estate, homes or condos. Saint Petersburg has so many faces. I do not know where to begin or where to end. St Pete is divided by Central Ave, it run east to west, all the way from downtown St. Pete to the beach of Treasure Island. Everything north of Central Ave is called

South Pasadena Fl, like all our wonderful waterfront communities, South Pasadena is about 50 something years old. It is not a beachfront town, but never the less, surrounded by water. With only 3 or 4 minutes to St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, Pasadena has a unique location. Big waterfront condo communities like Harbourside and Bay Island call Pasadena their home. The DaVista neighborhood or Park street have that certain old time charm you simply cannot describe. Altogether 6000

Indian Shores Living, buying or selling homes or condos. It is just about 2.65 miles of beach front, many more mile of waterfront and intracoastal waterways and only 1,500 people live here. In the season when the snowbirds come in, Indian Shores grows to about 5000 people. The motels, hotels and condos, are filled between January and May. A big attraction in our little waterfront paradise is

Tierra Verde Multi million dollar homes and luxury condos. A deed restricted waterfront community located on the southern tip of Pinellas County. Tierra Verde is one of our most exclusive areas in St Petersburg nearly all condos, townhomes or house are on the water. The whole Island is man made, back in the days it was 15 separate islands . . . yeah amazing, I know. Currently the Island has about 1450 single family homes and

The Town of North Redington beach was found in 1953. With only 1500 people living here today, it is one of the smallest beach communities. About a mile of sandy beaches on the west side and more than 20 miles of Bayfront or Intracoastal waterways on the east. North Redington Beach is very quite, no loud or noisy beach bars and not too many events either. I like to go to lunch at the Conch Republic and the Sweet Saga café, both located right on Gulf Blvd. The Wine Cellar is a great place for dinner, I really like their Monday night buffet.
Isla Del Sol waterfront condos and vacation homes for sale
Resort style waterfront living, located east of St Pete beach, north of Tierra Verde only two miles from Fort De Soto beaches and only 30 minutes to Tampa airport. Isla Del Sol is a special community, the build out started in 1957 The biggest attraction is a world class Yacht and Country club with a huge marina and a golf course. Isla del sol consist of townhomes and condos. Nearly all of them between 800 and 1200 square feet and real estate prices start in the low

Living in St. Pete beach, waterfront properties, homes and condos for sale.
St. Pete Beach is the most southern island of all Barrier Islands. It was originally made up of four areas, Pass-A-Grille Beach, Don CeSar Place, Belle Vista Beach and St.Petersburg Beach. In 1957 the four communities merged and formed the City of St. Petersburg Beach. Later, in 1994 the name was change to St. Pete Beach. There is lots of history in our little waterfront paradise.
The historic district of Pass-A-Grille has a certain charm that you will find nowhere else. A landmark known around the world, is the famous Don CeSar Resort.
In 1928, Thomas Rowe built the Don CeSar for 1.5 million dollars. It has 275 rooms and is ten stories tall. Opening night, the Don CeSar hosted over 1500 guest who paid $ 2.50 each to enjoy dinner and dancing.
The depression hit the Don CeSar hard and in the early 40's, the government bought the hotel for $ 440,000 and turned it into a hospital and rehabilitation center. In 1944 it became one of the areas first hurricane shelters for residents and pets. In 1945, the Office of Veterans Administration moved into the Don. In 1969, facing 3 million dollars in renovations, the government left the facility and the County was prepared to tear it down and place a park in its place. But Mr. Bowman learned about the Don CeSar and in 1972 purchased the building. After major renovations, the Don CeSar was reopened in 1973 as a wonderful beachfront resort.
Today, it is only one of eight hotels in Florida that is listed on the National Trust for Historical Preservation, Historic Hotels of America.
If you visit St. Pete Beach you have to check it out. You can just walk in and look at the premises and have a cocktail or watch the sunset or have lunch on the waterfront terrace.
There is so much more to say about St. Pete beach, it has more hotel rooms and therefore more tourisms than Treasure Island or Madeira beach or Redington. Some great restaurant is the area are, Mad fish, Snappers and Black Perl. Great local Beach bars include, Bon Aire, Jimmy B’s and the Undertow. The best place to have a coffee is the little Italian bakery on the corner of Gulf Blvd and 42 Ave. You also have to take a walk along the little shops and restaurants on Cory Ave. St. Pete Beach is surrounded by water, it is haven for boater and fishers and people who just love the beach.
Real Estate prices range from $100,000 up to a few millions. St. Pete beach has some great waterfront condosfor sale, 2 bedrooms 2 bath for about $250 to $300,000 waterfront home in St Pete beach are also for sale, starting around $500,000

Living in Madeira Beach, homes and condos for sale in Madeira beach
Yes, Madeira Beach another barrier island in Pinellas County. Right in the middle between Treasure Island and Redington beach.
Madeira Beach is a little different than the other beach communities.
Locals call it“A little drinking town with a fishing problem”
The second part is correct the first part is not anymore.
Madeira beach has changed.
Years ago it was all about fishing and drinking, nowadays it is a combination of fishing and tourism.
One of the biggest attractions for visitors to our general area of St. Petersburg Clearwater is John’s Pass waterfront.
