South Pasadena, like all our wonderful waterfront communities, South Pasadena is about 50 something years old. It is not a beachfront town, but never the less, surrounded by water. With only 3 or 4 minutes to St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, Pasadena has a unique location. Big waterfront condo communities like Harbourside and Bay Island call Pasadena their home. The DaVista neighborhood or Park street have that certain old time charm you simply cannot describe. Altogether 6000

The Town of North Redington beach was found in 1953. With only 1500 people living here today, it is one of the smallest beach communities. About a mile of sandy beaches on the west side and more than 20 miles of Bayfront or Intracoastal waterways on the east. North Redington Beach is very quite, no loud or noisy beach bars and not too many events either. I like to go to lunch at the Conch Republic and the Sweet Saga café, both located right on Gulf Blvd. The Wine Cellar is a great place for dinner, I really like their Monday night buffet.
