I love the Sun Ketch town homes on Treasure Island, you get a lot of home for your money. AND it is all walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, bars shopping etc. The smallest Sun Ketch units are 800 heated square feet and the biggest ones are 1030 sf. All of them have an oversized 3 car garage. Pets are allowed in Sun Ketch and the rental policy is a 30 minimum.

Indian Rocks Beach is a cute little town right between Indian Shores and Belle Air Beach. Indian Rocks Beach is a very active community with lots of special events going on and a vibrant homeowner association. It is a small town but has some great restaurant and beautiful beaches.

Palazzo del Mare in Indian Shores is a beautiful beachfront complex built in 2003. Each of the 12 condos in Palazzo del Mare has incredible views onto the Gulf of Mexico. The unit are all 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths with roughly 3600 heated square feet of living space and additional balcony space. La Vistana is a beachfront condo complex in Redington Shores. It is a gated community and was built in 2006. All units in La Vistana have beautiful water views and nice and open floor plans. Bella Marguerite is a very nice waterfront condo complex in St Pete Beach. It was built in 2007 and has 20 units altogether. Bella Marguerite is right across the street from the beach and also on the a side arm of Boca Ciega Bay. The units are all 3 bedroom and between 2000 and 2200 heated square feet with additional balcony space. Redington Shores Yacht and Tennis Club was build in 2007 and consists of condos and single family homes. With it’s unique location right across the street from the beach and on the intracoastal waterway it has a lot to offer.

People that live in Redington beach or North Redington beach or Redington Shores will probably be mad when they read this and discover that I will just call it  Redington. In all my  years of real estate this was always the most confusing thing, where does one start and where does the other end.

Well, once you live here you can go into detail, for now let's just say Redington is the next Barrier Island to Madeira beach and it is very different from Madeira beach. I should know because my office is one block off the "border"

Redington is not as tourist focus as St Pete beach for example. It has wonderful huge single family homes right on the beach, some luxury condo complexes like "The Tides" and the “Redington Shores Yacht and Tennis Club”

Lots of residential single family areas, wonderful restaurants like the Wine cellar and a few parks and a really nice pier hat goes into the Gulf of Mexico.

There are a few stores and shops but not too many. It is about 40 minutes from Tampa airport and about 20 minutes from the Skyway Bridge. It is a quite and relaxed little town (or 3 of them) and the beaches never get crowded.

Redington a barrier Island like Madeira beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Indian Shores/ Rocks are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Boca Ciega Bay to the east. All these little towns enjoy the closeness to the 34 mile long Pinellas Trail and at least 30 something Golf courses.

The Town of North Redington Beach was incorporated in 1953 it is about a mile long and 1500 people live here. It is just north of Madeira beach and south of Redington Shores.

Tuscany by the sea is an absolutely awesome direct beachfront condo complex in Indian Shores with 12 waterfront corner units. It was built in 2005 and the units are huge with 5400 square feet of heated living space and an additional 1200 sf. of balcony space. These spacious 4 bedroom 5 bath condos each have 80 feet of direct waterfront. Tuscany by the sea is luxury living at its finest. High ceilings, granite countertops, crown molding, state of the art appliances, you name it. Their rental minimum is 6 month and pets are allowed.

North Redington Beach, Florida is located just south of Indian Shores, FL.  La Contessa is a direct beachfront condo complex with a total of 5 floors and 55 condominiums. All units in La Contessa have beautiful water views. La Contessa is right on Gulf Blvd and adjacent to the North Redington Beach fishing pier.  The La Contessa has a minimum 30 day rental policy and allows pets. Condos are between 2100 and 2600 heated square feet and all units are3 bedroom 3 baths.
