Pass a Grille, once a camp ground for fisherman to obtain fresh water and to grill their catch, is the most southern end of St. Pete Beach. The town of Pass-A-Grille Beach was incorporated into the city of St. Petersburg Beach in 1957 and in 1989 a section of Pass-A-Grille was declared a National Historic District. Pass a Grille has the “old world Charm” that you hardly find in Florida anymore. Watch the sunset from the Hurricane rooftop bar, have breakfast at the beach pavilion, dinner at the Black palm or enjoy fishing off the pier. Pass a Grille has a lot to offer.
